As a registered charity CPRE Rutland is required to operate in accordance with its Constitution and charity commission regulations. Information on how the charity  is governed, and by who, must be in the public domain, hence the information in this section of the website.   

In the interests of transparency the Charity has also decided to publish its board minutes, its operational policies and its financial regulations.
